hello. i'm claire

For over 20 years I have been in training and teaching. Through spending almost a decade in senior leadership of secondary schools, I’ve handled the stresses of my staff, students and parents, often at the sacrifice of my own wellbeing. I spent (too) many years of my life on autopilot, exhausted, run-down, feeling trapped by the never-ending to-do lists. As a training consultant in sales, negotiation, and management/leadership working with companies around the world, I also know the pressure and demands that corporate life can take.


Yoga, meditation and mindfulness not only enabled me to ‘cope’ with the day-to-day pace of life, but created a clarity that enabled me to ‘thrive’.


In slowing down, I rediscovered the stillness and strength that was already and always within me. In making time to stop for a moment, little and often, I felt happier, content and more relaxed. I then felt a deeper sense of purpose, appreciation, and gratitude for life… in all its complexity and messiness.
