Would you like a meditation written and recorded just for you? Perhaps you have trouble sleeping and want a meditation to help you drift into a deep relaxation. Perhaps you want a meditation to help you relax after a day at work or a meditation to start the day in a positive way? Or you may have specific physical needs – areas of pain or tension that you wish to focus on.
After your purchase, we will arrange for a phone consultation. Then I will use the information you provide to write your own customised meditation, record it and send it to you.
Usually these meditations are between 10 to 15 minutes long, depending on your requirements.
